When you use in-network insurance, you typically pay only your copay or coinsurance amount per session. We'll verify your benefits before your first appointment so you know exactly what to expect.

Self-Pay

If we're not in-network with your insurance, or if you prefer not to use insurance, we offer self-pay rates. Contact our office for current pricing.

• Flexible session frequency

Good Faith Estimate

Federal law requires us to provide a Good Faith Estimate of costs for clients paying out-of-pocket. We'll provide this before your first session so there are no surprises.

How to Schedule Your First Appointment

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Free 15-Minute Consultation

We offer complimentary phone consultations with each therapist so you can get a feel for their approach before committing.

Step 3: Schedule Your First Session

Once you've found a good fit, we'll get you on the calendar. First appointments are typically available within 1-2 weeks.

Step 4: Complete Intake Paperwork

We'll send you forms to complete before your first visit. This helps your therapist understand your concerns and make the most of your time together.

What to Bring to Your First Session

Nothing, we’ll already have everything we need from your intake paperwork and insurance information submitted ahead of time.

Just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
